5G Mobile Edge Computing with Enriched

JCP-Connect is a French SME created in 2002 with a strong technical experience in audio-visual technology and content delivery solutions. JCP-Connect has contributed to R&D and to standardization in these technologies, through chairmanship of different groups and active participation to several bodies (DVB, ETSI, and CableLabs). JCP-C is one of the few SMEs that is an associate member of EIT Digital (http://www.eitdigital.eu/), and BCOM (regional technology research institute). JCP-Connect is involved in FP7 (COMBO) and H2020 (Forensor) and 5G PPP (CHARISMA) projects related to mobile content delivery and IoT. IN these project JCP-Connect develops mobile caching solutions and works on their integration in SDN/NFV environment. JCP-Connect is also involved in the Eurostars CAMION project where it develops mobile caching solution for transport. The company has been developing for over 7 years solutions for content delivery, which has resulted in previous products (Locomotive IP data compression solution) and caching products: MoBcache, a caching solution for events, and upcoming CAMION, caching solution for transports.
Jean-Charles Point has a large management experience and expertise in the cable, wireless and fiber access areas, as well as in IP architectures for multimedia services, and has exercised the several key positions in the Industry prior to build-up JCP-Consult. He has been involved for more than 12 years in European and national initiatives (managing financed program participation in Thomson) like ACTS, Eureka, ITEA, IST, RIAM. Jean-Charles holds a Master of Science degree and graduated as “civil engineer telecommunication” in Faculté Polytechnique, Mons, Belgium.
Dr. M. Sajid Mushtaq (PhD) is working as a Research & Development Engineer in JCP-Connect. He has a large experience to work in various R&D projects, as he has contributed in European research projects,  which cover a wide domain of network technologies i.e. wired, WiFi, and cellular networks (LTE-A, 5G) for  Oaver-the-Top, and IoT services. His research interests include 5G, LTE, Edge Caching, IoT, Radio Resource  Management, C-RAN, Power Optimization, Machine Learning, Cloud Networks, SDN, Multi-homing, QoE, and  QoS of heterogeneous networks.
